The hotel met expectations. I would have extended the stay. the staff were amicable. Beds were extremely comfy. the bathroom in my suite was modern. the location was marvelous for me, very close to the airport.

Quiet room overall, with separate beds. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Affable, very polite staff towards all guests. Magnificent and great location close to the shopping centre, easy to get around.

Because of a problem with twin room we were upgraded and had a functional room with separate beds...

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was clean and ready when we arrived. The location was convenient, just an 8-minute drive from Frankfurt Airport. The staff were very helpful and even moved us into a room with a twin bed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the free parking, although the passage to the parking places was a bit narrow. The hotel's proximity to public transportation, including a 10-minute walk to the tram system, made it easy to reach the city center. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, cereal, cold meats, and cheese. I also loved the little touch of gummy bears on the pillows.
